Cependant, étant donné que le modèle que je possédais était trop petit, il ne me permettait pas d’insérer l’ensemble de mes doigts en raison de l’épaisseur de mes gants d’hiver. De plus, la corde fine s’emmêlait parfois dans les pattes des autres chiens, risquant de les blesser. C’est pourquoi j’ai décidé de passer à un modèle plus grand avec une corde plus large.À l’ouverture du colis, mon impression a été très positive. La boîte contenant la laisse enrouleur ainsi qu’un mousqueton supplémentaire est élégante. La coque de la laisse respire la qualité, et sa couleur est véritablement noire, contrairement à celle de la flexi, qui, bien qu’annoncée noire, est en réalité marron foncé. Le mousqueton est pratique, et le cordon est solide. Le système permettant de bloquer ou dérouler le cordon est suffisamment spacieux pour être manipulé facilement avec des gros gants, ce qui constitue un véritable atout. Le grip du TUG assure une excellente prise contrairement au flexi qui m’a échappé plusieurs fois des mains.Bien que le poids du modèle plus grand soit légèrement plus élevé que l’équivalent en flexi, je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon achat, tant sur le plan esthétique que pratique. C’est un produit robuste, et en prime, son tarif est plus avantageux que celui de son homologue. Reste à voir comment le mécanisme résistera à une utilisation prolongée, mais cela ne semble pas être un problème étant donné la qualité de fabrication et la solidité apparente du produit.J’ai acheté ce produit en janvier, et depuis septembre, la laisse s’enroule difficilement jusqu’à aujourd’hui, où elle ne s’enroule plus du tout ! Déçu donc de cette marque qui manque cruellement de longévité. En effet, neuf mois me semble un peu court. Je vais donc m’orienter vers une autre marque.

Our 14 lb Jack Russel decided to chew through the leash part of our very old retractable leash while in the car one day; the kind that had beyond the actual leash a cord that made you worry about getting rope burn if you got caught up in it. After researching retractable leashes on Amazon for a replacement I chose this one based on its features and reviews. So glad I did. The whole leash is the ribbon type, no skinny cord, which seems much safer for the person using it. It operates smoothly, is attractive and sturdy. I’m happy with this purchase and I think it will last for years to come. That is if I can keep that little dog from chewing on it again!
